Charming cave hotel experience

The Niche Cave Hotel was a delightful surprise with its beautifully decorated rooms and stunning views. Each morning, I savored the homemade jams at breakfast while enjoying the serene terrace ambiance.

However, be prepared for a few inconveniences. The hotel lacked some basic amenities like room service, which limited dining options during non-breakfast hours, making it tough if you crave convenience.

The experience was exceptional with attentive

staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay. We were pleasantly surprised when Hilal arranged a delicious cake delivery to our room since it was my partner's birthday during our visit. The terrace views of the hot air balloons were a stunning bonus. However, we found the soundproofing between rooms could use improvement.

The view from the Double or Twin Room with View is stunning, offering a great spectacle of the surroundings. The cave architecture adds a unique charm that's hard to find elsewhere.

Noise levels were an issue, particularly in the mornings with loud voices and activity outside at 5 am and 7 am. The proximity to a mosque brings a very audible call to prayer, which can interrupt tranquility. Additionally, the breakfast system felt a bit nickel-and-dime, where extras like additional eggs came with added costs that catch you off guard.

Exciting views from the terrace during breakfast, but noise levels from nearby activities made sleep challenging at times.

The cozy cave architecture truly enhances the stay, creating a unique atmosphere that merges comfort with the local culture.

I was blown away by how the staff prepared sandwiches and fruit for us when we had to leave before breakfast! The lovely sun terrace and the jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, there was a bit of noise outside early in the mornings, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

Niche Cave offers luxurious cave accommodation in the picturesque Goreme, complemented by an excellent location just a short walk from local shops and bars. The breakfast is outstanding, featuring a variety of options and delicious homemade jams. The large roof terrace provides breathtaking views of the hot air balloons during sunrise, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful, tailoring our itinerary and even organizing our hot air balloon ride.

It was just a good match for a budget stay in Goreme with good value for cost. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated that there were local jams and bread available each morning. Consider bringing cash for any extras to avoid card fees.
